What leasing options are available?

We offer 1-2 & 3 bedrooms with a 3-15 month lease option.

Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

​We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?

Once you apply for the apartment of your choice and are approved, the unit is removed from the market. The apartment is held for the move in date you select at application.

Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?

We are not a part of that program, all applicants must meet the rental criteria to move in.

Are utilities included?

Residents will pay electric and gas separately, water, trash, pest control and internet are billed through the community and are in addition to the monthly rent.

Is renter's insurance required?

​Liability insurance is included in the resident service fee. Personal coverage is recommended but not required.

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like Airbnb or VRBO?

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?

Yes, on approved credit security deposits are varied by floor plan. 1BEDs=$500, 2BEDs = $1,000, 3BEDs= $1,500

What are the hours of the clubhouse?

Open during business hours.

What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?

10AM-10PM

What are the hours for the fitness center?

24 hours

Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?

Yes, we offer 1G internet at a monthly cost of $72.00 which is paid with the rent.

How do I get my packages? Do you have package lockers?

We offer Fetch package service at the community, and it is free to our residents.

Are BBQ grills available?

We have 4 gas grills at the community.

What is the smoking policy?

​No Smoking on property.

What is the parking situation?

All vehicles must be registered with smart parking, keyless smart access through the alarms.com app.

Do you allow pets; if so, do you have pet amenities?

​Yes, up to two pets on the lease. A 24-hour Dog Park is available. Our community was designed with people who rent with pets in mind. A maximum number of two (2) pets are permitted per apartment unit provided the required pet deposit, pet fee and monthly pet rent is paid. Pet weight must not exceed 99 lbs. with restrictions on all aggressive breeds including, but not limited to the following breeds, Akita Inu, Alaskan Malamutes, American Bandogge, American Bulldog, Basenji, Boew Boel, Bull Terrier, Cane Corso, Caucasian, Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Gull Dong, Huskies, Perro de Presa Canario, Pitbull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Tosa Inu, Staffordshire Terriers, Dobermans, Wolf Mixes, and any mixes thereof. Other animals, including but not limited to the following are not permitted as pets at this Community: Poisonous Animals (i.e. spiders, snakes); and/or, other Exotic Animals (i.e. primate, iguana, ferret, sugar gliders, snakes). For more comprehensive literature regarding this Community’s pet policies, please inquire with a leasing representative.

Intercontinental airport is 19.6 miles from the community.

How walkable/bikeable is the community.

Walkability score is 60 out of 100, one block from The Woodlands Waterway & Cynthia Woods Pavillion, two blocks from Market Street and The Woodlands Mall.

When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?

Built in 2014 and they have had new lighting upgrades in all apartments.

What kind of appliances and features does the kitchen have?

All apartment homes include a whirlpool washer and dryer and a stainless-steel whirlpool appliance package including gas range, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher and built in microwave.
